Dear FRED,
This Saturday we are hosting a special "Grillmaster" demonstration class in our showroom at 214 W. Lancaster Ave. in Shillington, Pennsylvania. This will be an informal session - come one - come all - come hungry for PIZZA! The fun begins at 11 AM and will last for approximately one hour! Pizza tasting as long as the pizza lasts! We'll talk about dough making, dough handling, and how to bake pizza on different types of grills, especially focusing on our ceramic grills like the Big Green Egg, which is a fantastic pizza oven. We'll talk temps, ingredients, toppings, sauces ... and don't forget the crust! SEE YOU THERE! |
