As part of our continuing effort to improve the quality of cooked food everywhere, we offer cooking classes and demonstrations in our store. Some of these are put on by our staff and some by "guest chefs". The guest chefs will sometimes be actual, professional (read "real") chefs and others will be enthusiasts who have something, information, recipes, cooking technique, to share.
We try to offer some type of class or demo every week as our schedule permits. Usually on a Saturday around noon or late morning. Sometimes these are informal "come-as-you-are" sessions and sometimes they are formal (read "you pay tuition") classes.
One thing for sure, we ALWAYS have fun and we ALL usually learn something, including the instructors. So if you are "into" learning more about cooking, and would like to participate in any way, just contact us and we'll get you set up ...student, observer, presenter, etc. etc. we welcome you.
