Yes, you CAN roast entire chicken in the Mini! ... A technique developed by Fred Himself, featured on our website, downloaded and used by many Eggheads. We'll be doing it LIVE in front of our store. See how to set up the Mini so the Chicken will fit in there and just how great the Mini Egg is at roasting a whole chicken! |

RIBS - RIBS - RIBS !! You can watch & learn how to do the prep and the cooking... and taste the finished product. We'll be using the cooking technique Fred learned from Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe himself ! See just how great you can make them on any cooker and get a taste of BLUES HOG sauce! |
