Technical Specs

Easily set alarm temperatures and the countdown timer with clear up/down buttons. This unit remains on continuously to prevent someone accidentally shutting it off during use. There is no on/off switch. The battery should still last approximately 1 year and is replaced with a single common AAA battery.

Replacement Probes
Probe cables are not completely waterproof and you should also avoid (or shield them from) ultra-high temperatures such as very near cooking elements, flames or coals. Our replacement probes are very affordable and they also work with the Polder 362-90. Keep one or two on-hand in case yours burns out.
