Easy To Use! This extremly versatile unit is great for any method of cooking, whether you want to BBQ (grill), Roast ( whole chickens/ joints of meat) or smoke your food. It knocks down into a convenient sized portable BBQ (the lid and base lock together so you can carry it by the lid handle) which makes it ideal for taking to the beach, park or camping. There are several handy accessories designed to enhance the ProQ Excel 20, although the unit is ready to "rock 'n roll" straight out of the box. Use the ProQ Excel Stacker to increase the capacity.

The new Excel 20 Smoker features a 20" diameter cooking surface. That makes this the largest water smoker available. Also, it is made from heavier gauge steel so it will outlast the rest!

*WARNING * The PRO-Q Smokers are intended to be used for "Lo and Slo" cooking or smoking. They can be utilized as a grill for direct grilling but please heed this warning. The Stacker units , which are part of the PRO-Q Smokers, do NOT have a high temperature coating and the coating/paint may burn or char if exposed to very high heat, such as over 400 degrees F. If you plan to grill at hight heat with your PRO-Q Smoker, we recommend that you use only the base section and the dome as they have the high temperature coating.
