Part of Hi Mountain's new line, they are made especially for Wild Goose Breast. They were created, by request from our customers, due to the over-population of Snow Geese and the fact that State Game & Fish Depatrments took the limits off of the number of birds that hunters could harvest. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole meat, 11 lbs. of ground. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
