The Hi Mountain Jerky Smoker features double wall construction with 1000 degree insulation, and a moisture escape-proof door, which allows you to slow roast meat that retains all of the meats natural flavors. Electrically controlled thermostats allow you to accurately control the temperature from 100�� to 250��. The smoker comes complete with 1 oven rack, 2 Jerky Screens which double as oven racks, removable rack holders, 1 Jerky Cure and Seasoning Kit (seasons 15 lbs. of meat), 1 Buckboard Bacon Cure (cures and seasons 25 lbs. of bacon), 1 Jerky Smoker Cook Book and smoking instructions.
