Want to "hot" smoke on your existing grill? Now you can (as long as it has a hood to keep the smoke in). Simply set up the grill for indirect cooking, light the GrillKicker™ cartridge, place it on the cooking surface away from the fire, close the lid and you are SMOKIN!
As the GrillKicker™ gives off very little heat, it is ideal for cold smoking stuff like cheese... believe me, hot smoked cheese is messy!
The GrillKicker™ comes in a handy pack, which includes two cartridges to get you started.
There are 9 different wood types to choose from: Hickory, Mesquite, Apple, Alder, Pecan, Cherry, Sugar Maple, Oak and Black Walnut, with four cartridges in a pack. Each cartridge will give you aproximately 20 - 30 minutes of smoke.
