These real-wood smoking chips are made from all-natural smoking woods and will add wonderful flavors to your food. They work great on gas, electric or charcoal grills. Great for meat, fish, poultry and veggies.
Simply soak chips for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain and place the soaked wood chips either directly on your charcoal or wood coals or in a smoker box made for this application. The place the box on your charcoal coals, or, on a gas grill, on the heated pumice rocks or briquettes and under the cooking grates. That's it! As the box heats, the wood chips begin to smoke and impart wonderful flavors to your food. Approx. 2 Lbs. Enjoy!
