We are constantly searching for perfect products to use on a Ceramic grill like a Big Green Egg and this is a great pan to have. Pizza-Pro Quality, hardcoated anodized coating. This is the SGP's Favorite pan for baking Sicilian Pizza on a Ceramic Grill. Featured in our classes in our store and always well received by our customers.
 
1" deep dish pan is made of hard coat anodized heavy weight, 14-gauge aluminum with straight sides. Spice up your pizza display with a pizza made in this square pizza dish. This pan features seamless corners and beads that will not trap crumbs and dirt.

How to season your hard coat pan: Wash and dry the pan thoroughly, wipe oil on the inside and outside surfaces of the pan and allow to soak for 30 minutes. Then bake at regular cooking times and temperatures. Do not over bake and do not wash off hard excess oil, just wipe. The oil residue, and any additional oil added before baking, makes the pan stick resistant. Remember when cleaning hard anodized aluminum, this is considered an amphoteric coating, and will be attacked by solutions of a high alkaline or acidic nature. Do not expose these pans to dishwashers or caustic cleaning solutions. Use detergents made specifically for aluminum.
